Simply come in and (1) provide us with a copy of your photo ID and your phone number, and (2) give the shipper our store address, along with your name and box #1001. If you are a MAILHOUSE mailbox holder, this service is included. For non-box holders there is a nominal charge. US Mail deliveries require a completed Form 1583. |
